"My experience at National was literally top of the line! We had a minor inconvenience at first because the vehicle I wanted had not yet been returned on time. But the staff quickly gave me other options and I ended up in a nicer car than I expected. Pick up & drop off was easy and you can not beat the prices anywhere. I will be renting again soon! 100000/100000 Definitely recommend!"

"I had no periblem with the staff at Dothan AL location whatsoever. The reason I docked them a star is their corporate/reservations side. I reserved a large SUV. It was just a 4 day trip with return to the pickup location. I get called 15min before I arrive that they do not have a large SUV. An Explorer or Durango would be the best they could do. This is not the local locations fault. I wont just say National because every rental car location does this. They will let you reserve almost any vehicle at any time. Then it falls on to the local branch to figure it out. This could be fine if your talking a mid-size vs full or compact. When someone rents a full size SUV for nearly 3x the standard rate they probably have a reason for it. Like I said this is a corporate issue not controlled by the local affiliate. National corporate should care as much as their staff that is on the front lines actually working with the customers."
