"New to the surrounding area. I live not to far across the Florida state line so this Chevrolet dealership in Dothan, AL. is approx 35 miles for me to drive to but it turned out to be worth the trip & glad that I made the trip. I own a 2020 Chevy Blazer & wouldn't you know, just as soon as I paid that puppy off, I get my first issue of "Shift to park" when vehicle is already in park. I googled it and of course it's common to a point of having service bulletins. Being new to the area & not knowing who or where, I looked at reviews and made a choice. Booked an appt at Marianna, FL Chevy dealership and when I arrived there that day. I was basically told they didn't have time for me in a round about way with an aggressive demeanor. Not exaggerating! Not a good first impression at all and so that is how I ended up at Soloman's the next day for appt with Vanessa and what a difference. She listens to you & everything you have to say. I truly feel she genuinely cares about you and the best interest of your vehicle. Thank you Vanessa @ Solomon's. First impressions are the most lasting."

"I recently took our 2024 Trax to Solomon Chevrolet in Dothan for its first oil change and tire rotation. It was a good experience with no hassles at all. I arrived early, so they took our Trax in right away and it was finished in about an hour or so. Also, normally an appointment is required to correct recall issues, but while I was there they were able to check the two our Trax had and fixed one of them. However, I did have to make a follow up appointment for the remaining issue. I'll update this review after that appointment. Overall, we're very happy with Solomon Chevrolet and definitely recommend them."

"If I could go negative stars I would, DO NOT GET YOUR OIL CHANGE HERE!!!!! had my oil changed in February went to go get my oil change and haven’t had it serviced since they did it… well I had a tech manager put a torque wrench maxed out trying to take it off, and no they didn’t round off the bolt the whole truck was shacking wouldn’t come off. That being said my oil pan is screwed, So now this dealership has cost me a good 300$ for a new one and yes it will be aftermarket, but I will not buy or order from Chevy ever again nor have them touch my truck.. I feel like someone just got an air impact and just rammed that thing down it only takes 18 ft lbs to come off easily… can do that by a ratchet wrench no problem. So thanks soloman for sabotaging my truck."

"I purchased a used car about a month ago and it was a pleasant, A+ experience. I made what I felt was a fair market value offer for the vehicle I wanted and I wasn't jerked around with the back and forth. They made money, I saved money, and it was a win-win deal. They also sent me a gift box as a thank you that I received about a week ago. It was an overall seamless process and I'm glad I made the drive up to Dothan from NW Florida. "I'm not sure what kind of resolution you're looking for but my experience was not a good one unfortunately. When my car was dropped off the ac worked just fine. I'm the only person that drives that car so obviously I can't prove on paper that my ac was working properly but I know for a fact it was. My ac is covered under warranty so if I had any problems with it I would have let it be known. When my car was first test drove to diagnose the transmission problem I was not told there was a problem with the ac (because there wasn't one). However the day I was called to come and pick up my car after the new transmission was installed I was told my ac wasn't blowing as cold as it could be. I mentioned that this is the first time hearing about my ac why wasn't I told when I first dropped it off before any work was done? The reply I got was they didn't use my ac during the test drive to know before hand. Yet my receipt states " ac not working BEFORE any work was done" that's shady. I don't believe everyone in that shop is honest or trustworthy unfortunately. To be told Solomon Chevrolet mechanics don't make mistakes is an absolute hoot. The best of the best make mistakes, mistakes happen. I am not an arrogant person, I can accept mistakes. We were also told ya'll don't give away things for free. Me and my husband are very hard working people. We don't ask for handouts, what a slap in the face. We were nothing but respectful while getting disrespected"
