"BEWARE. All of my stuff got stolen out of my unit even though they have cameras and a gate with a code. Management did not care at all, didn't help with anything. Police say they always have problems with this place. 4 units beside mine were also burglarized. DO NOT USE BOB HALL."

"Decent storage place. I’ve never really had a problem there. The gate works like it’s supposed to and it’s never really busy. I usually am there with maybe one other car at a time. It does have its share of critters though."

"0 is not an option. First off. When the storm tore the storage up it somehow started raining in my storage. The owner was informed of the situation and wouldn't even write a letter so I can give to my insurance. Second the owner is rude and unprofessional. I was sitting at a restaurant so the bar tender heard everything the owner was saying which the bartender also got on the phone and told her how unprofessional she was she didn't care. This lady was threatening me with criminal charges and threatening to put things on my credit report. I don't even owe this lady any money, I just left the items that got messed up from water damage in the storage in the storage when I left. She (the owner) got mad because I told her, If I didn't pay the storage you would auction my things off so why you just can't remove whatever is in there and stop harassing me. She stated " your kind is always trying to get over". When asked what is my kind she would not say much. Owner has been reported to BBB for discrimination and harassment. Never knew leaving things in storage resulted in criminal charges but I guess she think so and also think she can talk to anybody any kind of way. Not acceptable."

"Hi this is Dawn the owner of this facility. I would like to respond to the accusations and lies made about my business. First off, On or around April 20th of this year a horrible tornado came thru Dothan and ripped my office roof off took out all electricity tore down my fence, row of mailboxes, and much more. Within a few days the insurance company came and inspected all buildings and thank goodness there was no damage to any buildings but my office. Im not sure how many people have ever had to deal with a complete loss of a building but insurance takes time to get paid. I also had to rebuild the wall that the electric meters were on before i could get it repaired. Then we had to schedule electrician to do repairs then have Wiregrass Electric reconnect. As soon as that was done we installed more cameras and got the gate up and working. During the time of my destruction due to natural disaster some young men and women decided to take advantage to my loss and break into some units. As soon as i discovered this I immediately contacted the tenants. Most of them thought that my insurance would cover their loss and that is not true. Personal property loss is the tenants responsibility. It is stated in the lease, on our front door, and signs around the property. This is also Alabama law. These thieves were also breaking into units and putting new locks on them so that I would not know they were broken into. If the tenant did not stop by their unit they were unaware of the lock change as was I. Within a couple weeks of the breakins the thieves were caught by Houston County Police Department and alot of the stolen items were retrieved. This is the only time in the 4 years that I have owned the property that I was aware of any breakins. So that review is a lie. I have never had a tenant named Karin Lainez, Jaci Skipper Zack Lineberry that chose to write these bad reviews. As of about three weeks ago we have restored power, fixed fence, added over 15 new cameras and fixed the gate. I just wanted to make people aware of the truth since some people choose to lie."

"The new owner is a crook. I had a unit the previous owner let me use due to the storage water run off flooding my property and rotting the floor of my shed. The new owner back charged me and put a lock on my unit. Then filed a false report and said I stole my stuff from the unit and gave them a different unit number that was empty. I lost 1000.00 of dollars worth of equipment over this lady. I put a security light in the back because drug addicts like to sit in their car and do drugs in the dark. She reached over on my property and cut the cord and threw my light into my yard. Then told me the light was on her property. The lady she has working there is a total creep. I catch her all the time just watching us through the fence. I'm actually moving because this lady. Just be careful and dont let her see what you have in your unit. If she wants it she will steal it like she did me."
