"Didn't really read reviews, because I figured it's a Laundromat, but I will never come here again , I lost almost 20 dollars in the machines, I used two 8 dollars machines and neither of them worked , and had no out of order sign , and then used a smaller machine and that didn't work , no attendant on duty and I had no more cash to wash. Never again!!!! My fist and last time coming here , I should have kept going to oceanside Laundromat! As of today February 23, 2024 I have called, emailed, and filled out a refund slip and put it in the drop box onsite with no refund or no one evening reaching out to me!"

"Terrible management. I put in my pricey comforter in the wash just before 2pm today and the washer broke and was stuck on prewash cycle all day. I called over 10 times and left messages on the number they have posted on the back. My fiancé even called and we checked maybe 8 times since we live across the street. NO one got back to us until lock up, where they were frustrated we left a wet comforter in the wash. Seriously? No one’s fault the washer broke and no need to be rude, if you checked your messages you’d have a heads up and I’d have a comforter"
