"After reading the various reviews of the different laundromats in the area, I decided to take the shot on Pearl Laundry Oceanside. I was visiting out of town and my hotel did not have an onsite service. Don’t let the negative reviews deter you. The Pearl Laundry was very clean. All machines were cleaned after each wash, helpful staff and overall good environment for a laundromat. Before you buy your card, figure out what washing machines you are using. This will help not overloading the card. Reasonable pricing on supplies if you need them."
"Worst customer service from the staff. Asked repeatedly for the owners contact information and she refused. I had two cards which were not being read by the machine. The lady grabbed one of the cards told me it was “cancelled” and proceeded to fold it and trash it. Not once explaining why it was “cancelled”. I also added $60 to the card machine that clearly reads get $5 for every $20. Nowhere does it say, you can only add $40 and get $10. She kept telling me that she has been told it’s only up to $40. Which I can completely understand as the customer if the sign stated so. However, just because she is telling me this and the machine and all the signs do not."
"Nice place to wash and dry. Large and small machines. Snack and drink machines available. Must buy card. Extra large carts available. Helpful staff. Kids play area. TVs all around. Reasonable prices."
"Cleanest laundromat in town! There's always friendly staff on site to help, also a kids play area and books to keep the kiddos intertained. There is plenty of parking in the front also they have few vending machines. Affordable washers, trust me, they wash great and offer additional settings.They have different size washers 2 loaders, 5 loaders, 7 loaders, and 9 loaders. Dryers are awesome they have 2 sizes, plenty of dryers!! Always a plus. I almost forgot to mention they have a drop-off service for either personal or commercial accounts that are welcome, too. Charging stations too!!Personally, I wouldn't go elsewhere. So what are you waiting for? Come by and find out for yourself."
