There is no longer an attendant, which is a real bummer when the coin machines take your money. I put a 10 dollar bill in, and it only depensed and gave me 6 dollars back. I filled out a slip and have received nothing for my lost money."
"One of the cleanest places we have used. There was one broken machine and the repairman was working on it. They charge 25cents to use the bathroom but we think they have to due to the homeless population. We travel fulltime in our motorhome so we frequent laundromats. The prices are fair. The dryers worked very well finishing our drying in 18 minutes. The machines take quarters only. There is an ATM machine and change machines. Travelling I-5 it is not far and our 34 foot motorhome towing a Jeep fit fine. It is next door to Harbor Freight."
"Horrible customer service at this place its not even 9pm yet and this lady told us it is closed. She proceeded onto grabbing my soap bag and escort me out! I told her the sign at the door says last wash at 9pm and its not even 9 yet she said well I say its closed. I can close when ever I want. Which is not ok. Especially if your service hours are clearly posted as closed at 10pm and the signs on your window say last wash at 9pm. She was very upset that I came as a customer and was inconveniencing her to finish her mopping job. Very disappointed with this business. If I am one customer that writes about this incident imagine how many others have not written about it but have gone thru the same experience and never came back no matter how good of a review you see on their page."
