"First time here, we are on vacation. Most impressive was Norma the attendant. She was kind and very helpful. The laundromat is very clean and organized. Would definitely come back."
"First time doing laundry at this place. They have their own card to put money on it. So, the lady was very nice to help me put the exact amount for wash and dry. It took about one hour to wash and dry one load. Well lit, I have to park in the back, some small load machines smell like urine, has lots of carts, and clean floors and top of the machine has no dust or dirt."
"I am not sure what happened to this place but right after the 2020 shut down this place took a dip. There is no more up keep on the machines or even cleanliness anymore. Before I loved coming here to do laundry but now I only come here if I absolutely need to make a quick wash. Pretty much 80% of the time this place will have only a few washers working and if they do please smell them before placing your clothes and adding detergent. They used to be washed down with bleach and never had a mildew smell. Now all the washers smell like wet dog or mildew. I’ve had to wash my clothes 2x because it’s leaves a stench on it which is so gross. None of the washers clean down the doors like they used to. The staff prior to all of the new employees they have now actually went around and wiped the doors down left the doors open to ensure they didn’t stink up. If you ever had a washer that made your clothes smell they would run a cycle in another washer for you and run a wash on that stinky one with bleach. I know everything has gone down since everything happened but I feel like the owner either is completely overwhelmed or may no longer have pride in their business. Hoping this place can turn it around before the locals start looking elsewhere. they focus just on their hotel business or big merchants they have laundry to do."
"Two stars is for 10 of there washing machines not working! Need to have working machines to wash our clothes in if you want a good review!!! FYI go to Carlsbad or Encinitas to do laundry."
