"I went in to shoe palace at fashion fair mall today to finish some school shopping for my son. He found a pair of shoes marked down with a red tag he liked. When we got to the register the staff member that was helping us cut off the sale tag and I was being charged double sale price at the register. When I asked about tag being removed I was told someone put it there and it was wrong price. I told staff my son tried shoe on and it didn’t come off. How can you advertise a price and then charge regular price when at the register. When I asked to speak with the manager the associate who originally helped disappeared when I began asking about advertised sale price tag. DON’T shop here! This company will falsely advertise and try to rip you off! Corrupt sales people! Does the company lure people in with sales and then lie about prices? I will never shop here again! I did not purchase shoes and found same pair at a different store."

"My experience wasn't great at this place, it gets frustrating to a point of not wanting to go back to this place, I have been a costumer for a while but lately it seems like is always something wrong, price tag's are always from a different shoe , my daughter found something the she liked and got very excited because at the price tag, go her size and was ready to pay just to find out the tag was from a different shoe and the price almost doubled,and not long a go same happened to my self, am not sure if this is a tactic to get you in , either way is not cool"

"Date of Review and Time : 2/18/22 4:27 Three Employees, 2 Males one Female. They unfortunately do not know any customer service, they seem more interested in what's going on in their personal lives than helping the customer. I came in for a shoe exchange and angrily and bluntly said they can only do store credit before I could ask what I needed. The one helping us out was the taller gentleman on the shift. I would never come back again."

"I came into shoe palace on Saturday 02-19-2022. I won the cardinal 3s so I was just picking up my pair. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted and was asked if I needed help with anything. I was helped by a female worker and then a shorter guy who I think was the manager, but he acted more like a friend and wanted to help me out. He showed me some jeans but they didn’t have my size out, so he went to the back and found them right away. The associates pointed me in the direction of a clothes rack that had clothes on sale. I bought a few items off of that rack and they convinced me to buy my nephew a pair of shoes as well. Not only were all of the associates extremely helpful and nice, but they managed to keep the store clean and organized. I went into 3 other shoe stores in the mall and shoe palace had the best staff and was cleanest store by far!"

"This place deserves NO stars. The rap music is overpowering. The kids that work there have zero customer service skills. The little clique of boys working there were too busy checking out the little girls shopping. The girls working at the registers were chatting amongst themselves and not noticing the gentleman waiting to be rung up. After finally being acknowledged by a kid employee with the look of a deer in the headlights I asked him for a shoe size. After a few minutes that seemed like eternity he returned. After 5 minutes we found another kid to bring out a different size. We were ready to checkout, but since they only give you one shoe. we waited for the boy to come back with the matching shoe. After a few eternal moments I told the cashier we needed to other shoe and the boy dissapeared. She went to the back and did not return. Meanwhile 2 other girls asked if we want to check out. Then the other kid boy came back with the other shoe. The girl eventually returned with the other shoe and box and by then the boy had put my matching shoe on the display shelf. Clueless kids working in a retail environment should be illegal."
