Welcome to Eureka Bike Kitchen, your community hub for all things cycling, located at 1000 B Street, Eureka, California 95501. Our mission is to empower and support local cyclists by providing access to affordable bicycles and expert repair services, all while fostering a sense of community and sustainability.

Thanks to the incredible generosity of PG&E employees and our dedicated volunteers, we've recently refurbished eleven bicycles, with six donated to the Jefferson Center's summer bike program and the rest ready for sale. Our skilled mechanics, Chris and Thom, along with the enthusiastic crew led by Melissa, ensure that each bike is in top condition before it hits the road.

We love sharing our passion for cycling, as demonstrated during the Alice Birney Bike Club's recent visit, where members learned essential bike maintenance skills like patching a flat tire. Our community-focused initiatives also include collaborations with local institutions like the Jefferson Center, who not only support us but also help maintain our space.

Join us for the Bike Expo on Saturday, May 20, from 11 AM to 2 PM, where you can meet our team, get your bike checked, and explore our wide selection of ready-to-ride bicycles. Our doors are open, and masks are no longer required, making it easier than ever to drop by, whether you're looking to repair your bike or volunteer your skills.

"They're not as cheap as people think.... I've been seeing their bikes for sale on Craigslist and frankly it's a rip off. Pretty sure those bikes were donated for free.... So I urge people to look up prices of similar bikes and I hope they can get some grants soon because if they're doing it to cover rent costs then there needs to be another way :/"

They have a large range of tools specific for bicycles and lots of used parts too. If you frequent the shop, you can find a decent low cost bicycle for sale. The Eureka Bike Kitchen is a friendly space and all time favorite of mine."
