"Cashier made a mistake and almost charged me twice for my purchase. I pulled up my bank account and showed them the posted purchase from Ross. They refused to give me my items and told me to dispute it with my bank. My bank canceled the purchase and I left without my items. The cashier seemed nice but needed more training. The store manager was rude, unprofessional, and had no customer service. This was frustrating and embarrassing and I will never give this store my business."

"Upon my entrance nobody bothered me with endless questions about what I'm there for, that was nice. I noticed right off the bat a few smiles of employees who seemed friendly& approachable. I felt a lil ignored when I had to say "Excuse Me" 3 times at the fitting rooms by a worker who was wearing her Bluetooth in her ear, having a conversation with whoever was on the other end of the line, while she glared at someone behind me, but I didn't take it personal cause she switched back into her customer service face, as soon as she noticed me...Now that's skill. Oh...& The guy who rang me up with the 1 dangle earring in his left ear treated me with patience, kindness & didn't make me feel weird when he rang up my new underwear :)"

"Customer services really good here. The staff is helpful and I've noticed recently that they do a pretty good job of keeping the lines moving as they can tend to be a little long when the store gets busy. Sometimes the kids section can be crazy messy but I've noticed over the years that they really cut down on the disorder, it's pretty easy to find what you're looking for and they have a great section for fancy scented candles. That's what we scored when we went here last time"

"Heads up, 95% of the time or more, they DO NOT have a public restroom. Very long lines (that you can cut if you know someone, I've seen that happen twice in person) They DO NOT TO ENFORCE THE MASK RULE even during the height of the pandemic. Working for this Ross in particular is one of the reasons I don't shop there anymore, and can't do customer service anymore. I can't say enough how gross, unprofessional, poorly run, and more that this store is. No wonder it's been made fun of, called trashy and depressing across multiple platforms."
