"I absolutely love the designs that come out of this store. But customer service seems to be non-existent. The website hasn't been up for well over a year. All messages left at the store go unanswered. And all messages or comments left on their social media pages are ignored. As someone who grew up in Humboldt but lives somewhere else now I would love to be able to order online. Hopefully they get this problem fixed. But I'm losing hope that it will ever happen."
