"Stopping on the road is not allowed, guest parking only with prerequest. Guest parking spots limited."

"Rats came from outside and under the house yet they will not handle it claiming them to be “indoors” and “our problem”. Cranky neighbors. Gym not open per covid with an undated sign. Jacuzzi closed for almost a year yet the pool is open. They overcharge for everything. Office staff is rude anytime they’re called. Just stay away from this place. They make it look so good and reality is different."

"The Mobile Estates are protected by security professional named Jacques. This gentleman goes above and beyond the Call of Duty for his position each and every day. That's why I mentioned him in this post of Los Robles Mobile Estates. He is always on duty, Always reachable by phone, and always goes above and beyond the Call of Duty with every client and resident there. It's a privilege to know him and the level of service and security and safety he provides for all the residence there. Jacques is also a very spiritual man and full of wisdom and it's because of his presence at Los Robles that I write this review in his honor."
