"The only reason this place has a star is because their taquitos and Slurpee's are immaculately gas, but please BE CAREFUL getting prepaid because my experience was awful. A ten minute stop became a 30-minute hassle and $40.08 down the drain. They will not reimburse you if they put the amount on the wrong pump and someone takes it. I parked at pump 12 and went in to get a Gatorade and use the restroom. I came out and went to pay asking for the rest to be for pump 12. The cashier heard FOR but not 12. I went to the pump to find it not pumping, and went inside. Someone already took my prepaid by the time we realized. The manager at the time said he could not do anything about reimbursing me the full amount. He gave me what was leftover. He told me that I said FOUR, when I clearly said for pump 12. His employee misheard and made a mistake and they did not own up to it. I am never coming here again despite being in the area. Horrible customer service and an awful experience. Here's a receipt of their "reimbursement" for me."

"Terrible customer service. I bought a drink from 7/11 and it was already opened. I went to exchange it with one that’s not open. The clerk said he cant exchange it and i told him im gonna throw it away he said “you can throw it away” and didnt give me another drink. And then he was like “whatever”. Never coming here again."

"Place is a scam they remptied my whole remaining balance in my account at midnight 3 hours after I left store 2nd time I go put 10 $ gas just moved was last of money pump did not put any flags in car Wich is a new Lexus read 4 miles still I told guy the retards response was oh well it says it did like really so now I'm moving forward with bbb and hopefully get these dune koons shut down totally rip off beware sorry excuses for a 711"

"The guy who works there is a complete jerk and that's a nice word he was actually way worse, I was using my phone to unlock my car and while shopping my phone died so I asked if I can buy a c-type cable from him but charge it here and I explained to him and he agreed. After paying $17 for low quality cable, he connected my phone for couple of mins which wasn't enough to turn on the phone ofcourse coz the cable is terrible quality he said he isn't allowed to charge it, he told me to refund if I don't like it, so I asked for refund, he refusef to redund then he said must be in the morning when his boss is there. Complete Moran!!"
