"I don't know her name but she's always at the front. She's very kind and helpful. I renewed my Vietnamese passport very quick, fee is $200 which is cheaper than other places I researched. I got my new pp in a week. Then I called back to buy a flight ticket since the website declined my card. She reserved a spot and waited for me to come pay. However the website took my card after and I let her know, she was still friendly & kind."

"This is my go-to place for any travel services. I went to buy tickets here for my mom for the past year. the staff and i think the other lady is a owner, they are both very nice and honest. They help me step by step to plan out the trip for my mom. They even called my mom a day to remind about her flight and wish her a great trip. i was impressed with the service because it is hard to find it especially in Asia culture. Recently, I found out that they have tour in Dubai and Europe so i booked and went on a trip to with my friend to Europe. OMG. I was very happy with the tour. We had a private bus to take us around, and most of the restaurant that we went to were very high-end compared to other tours that I went before. Will definitely recommend without hesitation."
