Sky Zone Trampoline Park

"The worse sky zone I’ve ever been to. I went to sky zone in Torrance area some years ago and it was great staff was friendly and everything. Today I went to Westminster sky zone. Alexander was the most unprofessional when it came to my 5 year old child he was rude and disrespectful and most staff were. They have stupid rules and restrictions on little children. I will never return to another sky zone again. I will be happily investing my money into any other trampoline place in socal. Skyzone deserves zero stars and needs to hire better employees that treat the customers good. Never again will I waste my money at such a ratchet horrible place."

"Went here recently for a Birthday party.. This place is cool for kids aged 5 & older. There are a ton of areas for big kids to jump & play but not for 2-4 yr olds. For young kids there are only two places they're allowed to play in & my 2yr old only liked the foam pit & the 2 video games they had. She didn't care for the only jump area they have for little people. The staff were really nice & helpful! The menu is similar to fair food & its pretty decent tasting. Overall it was a pretty good experience."

"Great location inside the Westminster mall for kids birthday parties. They have all day glow in the dark jumping sessions on Fridays and Sundays. They have plenty of rooms to jump. They do make it difficult to fill out a waiver in the dark . Also, bring a sweatshirt because they blast the a/c in their can be cold for parents and kids."

"I saw they charge me double. When I ask the staff they say I buy 2 membership for my son (Is it make sense). They told me have to call for cancel one if I don't want. But they don't refund the over charge. They don't explain why 2 membership in my account. Update for my review. Manager Noah helped me with this issue. Hightly recommended manger Noah"

"Used groupon glow party area pkg (gold). Totaled $371.89 w/ discount + tax. Deposited $200 and paid the rest on the party day. Skyzone gave me a list of instructions, guest list, and 20 party invitations. All jumpers gotta sign waiver and get wristband. Shirt not offered but socks were in pkg. 10 yrs old kids have fun jumping for 75 min. Late comers get to jump if they got a white or neon shirt. So u gotta plan for that and really write extra instructions on invitations lol. Glow shirt were $10 on discount. No show up peeps gave me passes of two hrs each but passes offer only at westminster and not the glow. Rest area was enough for 15 people. Cake can be stored in fridge or freezer. Host was great with service so that u can tip them; they offer slicer, lighter, plates, fork, and napkins. 2 boxes of pizza and 16 ice cold water was offered with pkg or ice cream, nachos, chips. U pick either options; any extra got price and had to be ordered before preflight? $75 extra charge if u got outside food and drink like boba. Cake and cupcake are fine tho? Come on. I feel u can bypass this with a hydro flask lol. Glow party on Sat was UV dark. I bought glowstick at dollar tree to have fun, i dont think u can buy that at skyzone. Mosh pit with stairs to jump off high, lots of trampoline, wipe out pit, dodgeball pit, race pit, basketball pit, obstacle pit, and zip line course was ok. Workers are everywhere to check for safety but idk about wristband lol. Arcades are free for jumpers. Pretty crowded at 2pm and I forgot if background music. TV showed football mainly. When ur time runs out, u gotta go for next family or u pay $50 per 10 min overtime I think. Have fun."
