"Nate was great! Plain and simple!!! Why? To start, outside of being a nice guy, (met him for the first time at my fitting), Nate takes the time to review everything with you, step by step. Nate explains what and why he's doing what he's doing. He offers suggestions as to things that might work better for you but is not overly pushy with selling anything. Which I LOVE! No one likes to feel like they don't have options and you HAVE to buy from them to supplement their revenue. Lastly, the thing that I loved most was that he offers to continue answering any questions might have or you can even come back to once or twice, if after the fitting something is off and not right. Or if you get something new put on and need to have it readjusted, he's open to helping. That is just plain great!! The relationship feels like it is something you can build on, that he really does want to help and it is not so transactional, like other fittings can be. (which is not wrong, just doesn't feel as meaningful.) Most other bike fitters will re-charge you if you want to come back for some readjustment but not Nate, (at least not for small adjustments here and there.) Customers want to and like to know there dollars spent is going the distance! Thanks for everything Nate and I'll definitely be coming back in the future with new equipment that I get or for a new fitting with a new bike!
