"I had the opportunity to try a class of Hiitlates at this location. Since I'm used to taking classes like pilates at Be Fit, I wanted to try something new and wanted to compare it to other pilates classes. The class was a mix of aerobics and pilates. Depending on your instructor, the music can vary. I had a mix of old pop song remixed into an EDM beat and some 90s hip hop. During class, our focus was on the bands, so we worked on our arms and our legs. Threw in a little ball slams and some toe taps. The workout bench itself was very versatile. It held different pound weights on each side. It also carried bands inside. It reminded me of a technogym bench. The class was cool. Worked up a little sweat. Definitely enjoyed my experience!"
