"I joined F45 Alamitos Bay a year ago, and I couldn't be happier with my decision. As someone who typically switches gyms every three months, I can confidently say that F45 has me hooked. The mix of cardio, strength, and hybrid sessions keeps things exciting. The trainers are exceptional—personable, friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They provide clear instructions and walk around the room, personalizing and modifying workouts based on individual limits and goals, which is fantastic. F45 truly has a group of caring and supportive people who are genuinely excited to see you succeed and celebrate your achievements. I've met so many wonderful individuals here who share my passion for fitness. F45 also hosts events and challenges that keep things exciting and boost a strong sense of camaraderie among members. The team spirit is palpable, and everyone encourages each other to push their limits. The studio is impeccably clean and equipped with all the functional training equipment needed for the high-intensity circuit workouts F45 is known for. There's a great variety of weights, resistance bands, rowing machines, and other functional fitness gear, all maintained in excellent condition. Considering the quality of the workouts, the expertise of the trainers, and the overall experience, F45 Alamitos Bay offers excellent value. The membership fee is reasonable, especially when you consider all the perks and benefits, including the new Flex feature that allows members to come in between classes to fit their busy schedules—it's like having two gym memberships for the price of one. I am so grateful I joined this supportive fitness community with consistently dynamic workouts. Overall, I highly recommend F45 Alamitos Bay to anyone looking for a top-notch fitness experience!"

"I’ve been a gym addict for 20 years, tried all types of studio workouts, cycle, sports...you name it, I’ve done it. But F45 is the best by far! You would think that 45 minutes of fat torching workout would be so dreadful and near impossible but it’s not. People from all levels of fitness do the classes. They are scalable and keep you moving. The trainers are so friendly and knowledgeable, most studios let people just run with the exercises but here the trainers actually TRAIN you. They push you and make sure you have proper form. The best part are the people here. The owners Suzy and Josh are so friendly and supportive. Not to mention how supportive everyone is in the class! I just love this place. Definitely my new place!!!"
