"I never thought I'd be a Barry's fitness gal, but here I am, completely hooked. Initially, I honestly believed I'd "never be conditioned enough" or that I would "die" in a Barry's class, but since starting in July 2023, it's been nothing short of impactful and life-changing. Barry's has become a vital part of my fitness journey, significantly contributing to positive changes in my regimen. Every session leaves me feeling boss AF, constantly growing and learning as a student. Despite my initial hesitations, I can't express enough how much I appreciate the welcoming environment at this location. The managers, Eric, Justin, and Chelsea, are incredibly intentional with their community. Their welcoming and creative approach makes working out here not just a routine, but an experience I genuinely look forward to. And then there's Phil H. and Megan J., who make every class feel like a celebration. Phil's energy, playlists, and coaching style keep me coming back, while Megan's electrifying classes and genuine care have become a cornerstone of my Sundays. Their dedication and passion, along with the entire team at Barry's Long Beach, have truly made this place feel like a second home."

"Sammy was my instructor. I’ve never been to a class like this so i was nervous. The hard part for me was treadmill but Sammy never called me out or made me feel uncomfortable for not keeping up the pace with others. The energy and motivation during this class was beyond my expectation. The only thing i wish was that there had been a warm up/ stretching beforehand. Other than that, my experience was beyond."
