"As a former college / competitive athlete - it’s tough to get into a groove with challenging workouts once you retire. My fiance and I Both found this gym after moving to the area- and it’s a great challenge for both of us. It’s a very welcoming environment with fun music and great amenities. Love the open gym format, all the fun toys, and especially how I don’t have to think when I come to workout. It’s already built out for you, and the technology and demos are great. It might take a few classes to get hang of rotations , but coaches are very friendly and will help guide you through, and even help you change your weights in between sets. I think former or current Competitive athletes would love this gym , and anyone who wants to challenge themselves. Really love working out with coach Lauren and Karen! They keep it fun and push you to train harder."
