"ALL I HAVE TO SAY IS THE OLDER FELLA WHO WORKS THERE MOST OF THE TIME IS SO COOL,ILL KEEP MY STORAGE UNIT JUST TO GET TO TALK TO THE DUDE! AS FOR THE PLACE ITSELF ITS CLEAN,OUT OF THE WAY AND SECURE. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO ANYBODY IN THE WEST VENTURA ,CASITAS SPRINGS AREA."

"Where should I start? I know the positive. Facility is small in turn not a lot of traffic. Mostly drive up outside units, very clean, managers on site daily. Fairly safe place to store property. Negatives, manager is Incompetent when it comes to paper work repeatedly losing my file with my emergency contacts, property insurance, and payment methods. Manager goes overboard confronting when on site and asks about personal information, business work schedule and about family members. Threatens eviction because being on site longer then a hour. And accuses renters of running a business out of storage units. Entrance and exit gate works intermittently unable to access multiple times in the month."

"Norman bates. type manager. Very scary there dirty units and dangerouss unlevel grounds Dennis is a good guy alright Chucky good guy Dennis is a control freak"

"Honestly I hate that I have to have a storage place but I do and this is where I'm at because of the covid they close it 5:30 which I think is ridiculous but from what I understand pretty much all of them are doing that right now it's hard to get home from work and go to storage though which is just as well because they discourage people from going to their units well for more than a minute. Having said that I think this is one of the better storage places that you could be the manager Dennis is a wonderful guy caring and I have a feeling your stuff is very safe I would give him five because of him but the hours I find really annoying"

"Safe and secure, been storing my stuff here for years. Manager Dean is the best, & they have resisted pricing their units beyond all common sense. No climate control, if that's what you need."
