"I went in the drive thru there usually pretty quick and the food is good but this time the girl at the drive thru couldn’t hear exactly what I ordered I said want I wanted multiple times. Eventually she got mad and clearly gave me what she wanted. I didn’t realize until I was home that this is not what I ordered. She was very rude and not good customer service. The change fell out of her hand while I was passing it to her and she didn’t let me get out my vehicle to give her the change nor did she count it toward my payment. And she didn’t give my change or receipt."
"Good caramel ice coffee. The rest is disgusting. Jack has really gone downhill in this age of easy as possible. Show me someone cooking. I go in every morning for coffee and I have never seen anybody cooking. Give em 30 an hour. 15 dollars for the most disgusting eggs I have ever tasted. Lazy, dropout 30 bucks an hour. Gotta feed the little retards."
"Worst jack in the box I have ever comes across in my whole life... Sandra one off the managers there as also another manager or supervisor that is Hispanic dark skin are the most unprofessional Team leaders I have ever witness! Their unprofessionalism shows through out their store . Every single time I come in the whole lobby is trashed.... And never is there someone comming out to do a Lobby check even when it's slow.... So many times do they mess up with my orders that it's now my fault for comming in to a place that will most likely not get my order right... And lastly the attitude that comes off from all the cashiers is just negative and makes sense when theirs is managers like Sandra that thinks it's ok to tell me to leave when she got my order wrong... Jack in the box in Ventura CA on Victoria street you lost my business!! For anyone that sees this i wouldn't recommend this place not even to my worst enemy. Constant drug addicts in and out off that place too."
"Went through the drive through for our food. It sounded like someone gave the drive through employee a hard time or something because they sounded very grumpy when they started taking our order. We tried to be as nice as possible to the employee, we've been there too so we get it. The food was hot, shakes were frozen, order was complete and well packed. To the drive through employee, we're sorry for whatever happened to make you upset, hopefully things get better"
