"Skip this location and drive a couple blocks further down Harbor Blvd for better service. Supposed store manager Alexandra doesn't have customer service 101 skills. Such as when you're out of a product, don't inconvenience the customer further by tying up their money on double transactions as you refund the first order 3+ days later. It's not their fault you didn't have product. Refund the $6 and move on... and don't be a rude idiot when challenged on bad service, very tacky!"
