"Nurse Practioner writes up WRONG Referrals, is incompetent, does not see patients paperwork, inaccurate paperwork!! See Rate of 1 and 3 says it all. Have been unable to see Dr in person in year??? Patient requested MRI to Review old CT? Dr C only Rating 3?? I, Rated 1, filed Grievence with Scan/Optum, Nurse Pract does not review patients record, gives wrong Referrals. Patients/patients needs IGNORED!! Dr never available!! Schedule appt to see Dr.C. Dr not in Office? Very difficult to work with inefficient office staff, Filed a Grievance against Dr. C and unacceptable Office issues"
