"I went to the bookstore today with a few students. We were visiting the campus, and we weren't even in there for 5 minutes because the 2 ladies working there were so rude. They were rude to me, to my chaperone, and to my students. I have never experienced that in any fieldtrip/school tour ever."

"I went in there today and the cashier told me there weren't any student discounts. How do you have a college store that doesn't give its students their own discounts is beyond me. Anyway if you're a student here don't tell them you're a student because you won't get any discounts."

"It's a fairly standard bookstore for a college campus. Overpriced books and limited apparel and gift items sporting the school logo. It's never really busy, then again it's a smaller college campus. The staff is usually friendly and helpful, so no complaints there. So far I haven't seen any apparel I liked the design of, but the cost seems reasonable which I was pleasantly surprised to see. When I graduated, they sold me a tassel for the wrong year, and wouldn't let me return it. So double check your purchase before you leave."

"Price match guarantee is deceiving and favors bookstore rather than the student. You get store credit through the cash back so regardless you end up spending at least what you spent in the first place. I also had trouble with management while comparing prices on books while using my cellphone. Was told that using amazon app and barcode scanner."
