"Good place to sit in your car and relax for a few minutes or to wipe your car down. Plenty of spaces and shade. On occasion you can catch organized softball or baseball games along with taco trucks and other food vendors. Peaceful place."
"No working public restrooms. City workers frequent the property but never fix the bathrooms, this is likely to target the homeless community, and may have to be dealt with via a class action lawsuit against the City of Oxnard."
"Please clean your park up. People beg for money right as you park. This is where we bring our daughters to play softball and even the bathroom is nasty. Make it safe for our kids."
"My kids and I went to Oxnard Community Park West around 10 AM this morning. My youngest son likes climbing and jumping off of stuff. There were only a few things for him to climb and jump off safely. There was another family playing soccer and some sketchy looking dudes hanging out in the parking lot. No swings, there were bits of trash in the playground, and the restrooms were filthy. Other than that the kids had fun."
"Great park with lots of potential, but restrooms are horrible. Watch out for the homeless people who live there at night. They also use those restrooms to bath."
