"It is difficult to get a hold of Dr. Erin and she has not been responsive to my medical referral requests after multiple messages sent through the patient portal, which is unprofessional behavior. Will not be returning."

"I had very high hopes for this clinic and ended up wildly disappointed without ever even stepping foot into the office. I had to move my appointment out due to unforeseen circumstances and was told I’d get charged the $50 deposit because it wasn’t 48 hours in advance. It was 24 hours ahead of time and this was on a Monday.. the day before was a Sunday and they were closed leaving me unable to cancel 48 hours ahead of time. After a fight, they let me move the appointment but now after having to cancel TWO WEEKS ahead of time I was first told I’d be refunded, ended up DOUBLE charged and then when I called back I was told they wouldn’t be refunding me the $50 deposit after all. The customer service has been absolutely awful and I’ve heard horror stories one after the other about the clinic being pushy and money hungry. Unless you want to get pressured into unnecessary tests, appointments, supplements, etc and charged unnecessarily for the terrible inconvenience that is moving an appointment from one day to another, don’t bother."

"My hopes were high about this practice due to generally good reviews. The wait time for my first appointment was over half an hour. The wait time to get labs done was also over half an hour. Upon the doctor's recommendation, I agreed to get certain tests performed and I was informed of the fees for each test. Expensive but in hopes of getting to the bottom of my health issues, I wanted to get them done. However, I was not informed of the fee for each test's consultation thereafter. That would be another hefty sum apart from the fees for each test. And the consults would not happen at one time but would be spread out over a span of weeks according to the doctor's schedule. Had I known all of this, I would have moved forward differently. When communicating with the staff about this matter, they said little to address our concerns. The office manager did not call us back when she had promised to do so after our conversation."

"This place is amazing with all the health support they've given my 2 young children. My daughters severe eczema is essentially healed and we feel like we have a good handle on our sons seizures. The level of information we receive here is second to none and the doctors are incredible. They are knowledgeable, empathetic, and provide superb care for our family.
