"Just needed to pull our boat out, 25' Proline Sport. Staying in Cape Coral 1 mi away. It's $20 bucks! I will say the man by forklift I gave the money to was very nice. But he doesn't own place. The owners charging $20 bucks for boat ramp pull out is ridiculous! I can tell you the market is changing and the days of take it or leave it are over. By the end year, they will be wishing they treated locals (Florida Residents) better. First time here and last. We live & boat N Tampa where you can go fast in channels. Ty"
