"The front office staff are great. I spoke to the main neurologist but when I was not able to make an appointment on time I saw another doctor. Since then I have not had the best experience. They refused to read the CD from my radiologist and on my follow up said we met in the “other office” and that CD reader was not working. I didn’t have the CD on me. The doctor then questioned if I am Muslim why did I marry outside my religion. But it wasn’t even the rude bedside manners it was her burping in my face like belching very loud. I am being retaliated against and just pushed around. She also questioned why I have goals in life on the way to make a follow up appointment. I have trouble concentrating but it could be that my awareness is too much of a distraction, is it even worth it."
"The first 2 visits were very positive, however, lately we have run into issues with getting referrals sent over to insurance, not receiving call backs, not being able to reach the appropriate staff to get request taken care of. When getting through to someone you feel rushed off the phone like you are bothering them. This has been my experience"
