"After an MCL injury, SST Rehab was recommended to me by three separate people and was definitely the right way to go. I've had PT at other places and could immediately tell this would a completely different experience. Gabe conducted my initial assessment and he and Larry implemented the PT plan; both are knowledgeable, friendly, and truly want patients to succeed. My plan focused on injury healing, agility work that matched how I would need to move in a tennis match, and included strengthening to prevent reinjury once I was back on the court. At each appointment we discussed my progress and adjusted the plan accordingly. I was also provided resources to help maintain the results I achieved through the PT plan. "I had injured my hip in a golf swing and wanted to go to a sports related PT center for my therapy, and a friend of mine suggested D1. Gabe was did my consultation and was my primary therapist, and really liked his approach. We spent a lot of time discussing not only the rehab for my injury, but continued strength training to assist me afterwards. The staff was all extremely friendly, and Gabe was fantastic to work with.
