"We're very thankful that Beltone decided to open a satellite office just 5 minutes from home so my elderly and ill Mom can receive adjustments and repairs for her hearing aids without the stress of having to go 20 miles to their bigger main location. We now see Chloe at this office, who recently did adjustments for Mom for volume, fit, etc., and repaired the receivers on her hearing aids that are 7 years old, but still functioning perfectly. Chloe is very professional, focused, patient, and knowledgeable but, above all, makes her clients feel heard.
