Not only did he do very thorough prep work, including, pressure washing, sealing cracks around the exterior and around the windows, trenching around the home, repairing stucco that had weathered away and applied a chalky sealer, he did a fantastic job painting the house (2 coats), back deck, front deck, doors and garage, and he also installed shutters for me and an exterior wall house decoration.
