"I felt compelled to write this review to warn others about the terrible service I received, in hopes that no one else has to endure what I did. The first major issue I encountered was with communication. The locksmith could barely speak English, which made it incredibly difficult to convey what I needed. Each question and instruction was met with confusion and frustration, making the whole process extremely cumbersome. There were moments when I was not even sure if he understood me at all, leading to a series of miscommunications that could have been easily avoided. One of the most infuriating aspects was that he wouldn't quote a price without coming out to 'see' the property. This lack of transparency felt like a manipulative tactic to force potential customers into a situation where they couldn't back out. This bait-and-switch approach is entirely unacceptable and deeply untrustworthy. Additionally, the locksmith seemed completely incapable of following directions. Despite my clear and repeated instructions, he continuously made mistakes that demonstrated a blatant lack of attention to detail. It's as if he wasn't even listening, which only added to my frustration and lengthened the time needed to complete the job. To make matters worse, he was 20 minutes late to the appointment. I had specifically arranged my schedule to be available during the time slot we agreed on, only to have him disrespect my time entirely. This lack of punctuality caused a significant disruption to my day and was completely unprofessional. A simple courtesy call to inform me of the delay would have been the least he could do, but that never happened. The worst part of this entire ordeal was his incredibly rude and arrogant demeanor. He exuded an air of superiority that was completely undeserved. He openly dismissed my concerns and acted as though he was doing me a favor by simply being there. His unprofessional behavior was the final straw, making it clear that he had no respect for his clients or his job. In conclusion, my experience with this locksmith was nothing short of a nightmare. From the language barrier and refusal to quote a price upfront to his inability to follow directions and his outright rude behavior, every aspect of the service was abysmal. I strongly advise anyone in need of locksmith services to steer clear of this individual and find someone who values professionalism and customer service. Save yourself the trouble and frustration I went through."
