"The registration people work incredibly slow and are incredibly rude. I waited almost 40 minutes just to register. Then you have to wait 1 - 2 hours to be called back to get labs drawn. This place has seriously gone down hill."

"Absolutely ridiculous, my daughter was trying to get a lab report, which they frown upon if you ask them for a copy first of all, because they want you to use the portal. If the patient prefers a hard copy what’s the big deal, and everyone does not use or like to go through the portal. Then they make you wait as long as you’re waiting for Labs to get drawn. The people behind the counter are horrible, nobody’s ever in a decent mood.i heard one of them elevate and speak to an elderly in such a way that if it was my mother, she would have had to have a talk with me. They need to remember their type of job, the patients are not all equipped the same to adhere the rules or understand what’s coming across but to be rude in that field is not right, At All, no exceptions. I will drive to GB Hospital instead even though I live in Navarre for my labs, X-rays, ultrasounds because they are much more pleasant! Make it make sense!"

"I am only giving this one for only one tech. I went to get blood work, the first girl was very sweet, but there was one tech named Jenny who was rude. I asked her for a count before she inserted the needle she said " I don't give a count" she stabbed me and I jumped. The needle bent in my arm. If you explain why you need the count down then the medical person should honor your request."
