I was referred by a colleague while researching caterers for an upscale plated dinner event and from word one, I knew Brandon & Casey would make the event one to remember. Casey worked closely with me every step of the way, making sure the menu was planned down to the last detail, stayed within my budget, accommodated dietary restrictions, and wrap it all up with a beautiful presentation & service. And, if all that wasn’t enough, she made suggestions to help take it to the next level with a coffee cart from Angel’s Island and treats from Magnolia Bakery. The event was a little over 100 people and I’ve only received positive remarks about the service, interaction, and – last but certainly not least – the FOOD!
