"You absolutely can NOT put $100 bills in the MAC Machine which is EXTREMELY inconvenient for me. I am very irritated by this. I’ve tried 10X and it does NOT accept them. I will unfortunately possibly have to switch banks to one that has machines that accept $100 bills. I like the employees a lot but not accepting money in the MAC is such a disappointment. I’ve done this 11X and 10 of them it refused it. Time to upgrade the MACS or people may leave. The issue is this is something you should tell people getting new accounts with you because it’s very important to me that whatever bank I’m using that the ATM accepts $100 bills. I like your bank and the people and this problem may seem small but it is important and other people have mentioned the same thing at the ATM when I’ve been there."

"I have been a Regions customer for many years in Gulfport and Homosassa and I've been happy with them, although right now I'm spitting nails. I spoke to Jamie yesterday and she was a Sweetheart and I told her I would call back today to try and resolve an issue. I called 4 times and was told she was busy each time, which I understand and was told by a teller who was VERY SHORT AND NASTY with me and insinuated that I was impatient and said that Jamie would call back today. I was so upset the way I was treated by this tellerI neglected to get her name. I know they could care less if I go to another account, but there is NO REASON for this last to be rude to banking customers and she shouldn't be dealing with the public. I will be contacting Corporate if tomorrow comes and goes without a call."

"Went to bank to simply get quarters I just moved to the area and haven’t switched my bank yet they would not give me quarters unless I was a member I have been here before and gotten quarters but this time they told me I needed an account. So I went down the road to Bank of America they gladly gave me quarters. I just started a cleaning business in the area and I have a very successful cleaning business back in Texas I was considering opening a business account with them but they have lost my business! Banks are for money whether you have an account or not! They are rude and didn’t want to hear anything! Good luck in your banking if you bank here! If I could give no stars I would!"

"I have been with Regions for over 10 years but lately the young women teller at the Homosass location makes me want to close all of may accounts! I have 3 with Regions and also have a Mortgage and Peronal loan. I do not feel that she understands customer service and is obviously entitled. I will be contacting cooperate about her unprofessionalism. Because unfortunately this is not the first time."
