Not only was my message marked as "seen", but I was blocked within a few minutes after the message was read. Not professional at all. A simple "no" would have worked. I've never met the person, but was referred by several people. Glad I didn't have to meet this person face-to-face..."
"Was a client for more than 13 years. Needed to renew ins and the owner,I think that was who I talked to, treated me terribly. Said he was a busy man and that the person who always took care of me wasn't there and he didn't have time to figure stuff out for me. Told me that I always caused problem with them, must have thought I was someone else, because THAT never happened once. And laughed at me when I told him he offended me. Over talked me the whole time. I went with someone cheaper and WAY better on everything, including price! Would never recommend a business with bad customer service. Especially since we were with them for so long!"
