"We had an extremely disheartening experience while trying to browse diamond rings. My boyfriend and I were outside hiking all day and looked rather messy. It seemed that our appearance became a barrier to receiving any assistance. Countless times, we were walked away from so that others could be prioritized before us. I couldn't help but feel marginalized and ignored, with no one seeming willing to come back and assist us. It was a deeply unpleasant and degrading encounter that left us feeling neglected and undervalued. The young, bald male associate immediately made assumptions about our financial status based on our appearance .His dismissive attitude and lack of interest in assisting us was evident, as if he had already proactively concluded that we were not worth his time. To be treated with such disrespect was incomprehensible. This encounter served as a stark reminder that some people are willfully ignorant. Perhaps, this sales associates should attend a sales seminar outlining the negative financial impact of company sales due to pompous and supercilious thought processes. We will happily take our business to a store that retains a higher caliber of sales associates that understand the fundamentals of sales and customer service."
