"One of the reasons why I'm writing this review is because I almost didn't use this company because of the Google review! Shame on the person who wrote it without an explanation. I researched and interviewed a lot of companies before I made my final decision. Most of the competitors couldn't even answer my basic questions. I needed a court admissible DNA test so my Grandson could receive Italian citizenship. One thing I admired about this company was the understanding, smoothness and, above all, the convenience. I'm in Virginia and am very busy. I don't have time to mess around. The company set up the entire test, scheduled it with my son, and went to the hospital in Nevada to do the test. They even expedited the test for only $10 more! Seriously, you don't find companies that follow through with this much ease, let alone someone that would go personally go to the hospital and perform a DNA test. (The hospital wouldn't even do it.) The communication was spot on and in a timely fashion (even after business hours!) For the rate of $260, it was a steal. The excellent customer service and dependability was just a bonus that I never expected. It doesn't get any better than this. I would definitely recommend and use this company again in a heartbeat.
