He recommended what would improve my bathrooms lighting and then completed the work. He worked with me on selecting two ceiling fans and I ordered them. When the fans arrived he returned to install. "I asked to have a hardwired motion sensor moved. After TJ told me that he could move it but would have to cut the wall. There was some other discussion of having wires on the outside of the wall. He went into the garage to view the electric panel. He was out there at least 20 minutes. I went to see what was wrong and he was making an estimate to replace the entire panel! $4200.00. I’m having shelves put into the pantry. I only wanted the light. He just kept trying to sell me stuff. I finally asked him to just disconnect the light. Put the wires inside and put a plate over it. He then went to his truck to get the plate, again he was outside a long time. The. He came in and said he had to go back out to get smaller nut screws. All this time, I just gave up on having the light fixed or moved and I ordered a battery operated light from Amazon. He was at my house for an hour. Just awful. My husband died suddenly last August and I’m just trying to get things finished that we started. It’s very stressful. I will not use your company again. Then he said the minimum charge was $104.00. I was upset. You do offer free estimates. He could have done what he did in 10 minutes."

"Ben Kremer did an amazing, through, professional job in a number of things I had done in my home. He installed a new electrical panel, range, fire alarm, helped set up my new water heater. He took the time to make sure it was done right so I wouldn’t have any issues in the future. He walked me thru everything he was doing & helped calm my anxiety and nerves thru the transition.
