"Horrible place to order delivery. I was told it would be here by 1215. Then got a text at 1220 saying it's on the way. Now it's 1245 and the store is a mile and a half away and it's still not here. I called the store and was told they are backed up and then was told they don't know where the driver is. What?! Still no pizza has made it to my house. I guess someone enjoyed a free pizza. The store don't do credit. Stay away from here. 1250 still no pizza"
"In town visiting my sister ordered 2 deep dish pizzas, the flavor was terrible we couldn’t eat them and they were doughy. When I spoke to the manager he was very non chalont, and said deep dish is supposed to be doughy. It’s supposed to be cooked I told him. He offered a remake but the flavor was so bad she won’t be going back. Since she paid cash they couldn’t refund her."
"I'll give 2 stars because the delivery was super fast and courteous. The pizza was honestly the worst I've ever paid for. Nearly no cheese. Couldn't see any sauce. And the thin crust was paper thin even including cheese and toppings."
"I review based on the expectation of fast food pizza…the staff was lovely, the order was correct and it was what the kid’s asked for. They have a good deal when you pick-up, $6.99 for various items. The best part is, you can create any yummy pizza you want! I got a thin crust, bbq and buffalo as the sauce, then added chicken, pineapple, olives. It was so good! Lol Get creative and enjoy!"
"The location is great. The parking is kind of dark - some lights will really help. We ordered 3 medium; 2 vegetarian pizzas and sets of knobs with Marinara sauce. The cost was too much; so we cancelled the vegetarian pizzas. When we got there we saw the Manager's Special for $9.99. The manager after we explained what happened fix everything and gave us the extra pizza -- which was fixed on the spot-- for free. She explained to us that when you call the staff only tells you the national special NOT the local special. Please make sure when you call you always ask for the National and Local special. Thank you for ALL your help and prompt attention."
