"I made an appointment with these people several days in advance. I received several e-mail confirmations of the appointment. When the time of the appointment arrived, the phlebotomist was a no-show. I called them and was told that because I did not "confirm" the appointment, then it was never made, despite the e-mail confirmations. The confirmation notice was left on voice mail on a Friday and I did not receive the voice mail until the weekend, making it impossible to "confirm". But I had just made the appointment a day prior, so confirmation was unnecessary anyway. THIS COMPANY WILL CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT IF YOU DO NOT "CONFIRM" UNNECESSARILY! HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! UPDATE: I personally spoke over the phone to Filos on Thursday to both set up and confirm the appointment after having scheduled it online. What more do they want? A second confirmation a day later? You CANNOT cancel appointments with patients right before the appointment takes place and expect to be taken seriously as a company! Also, I informed them that I would be hard to reach over the phone on Friday, and they STILL did this. Give me a break! As stated earlier, HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL!"

"This was the BEST blood draw experience I've ever had! Ylonda arrived on time with a kind and patient professionalism that was greatly appreciated. She helped all 3 of us navigate the instructions for our multiple tests and had so much patience with our littles running around. We've had pediatric blood draws before, and this was the best by far. I can't recommend Ylonda at Filos enough. Wonderful service and care! ❤️"

My 3-year-old son has complex medical needs, and we've faced numerous challenges with blood draws, often requiring the expertise of the IV team at the children's hospital. It was quick and successful, which was astonishing to me given my son's difficult medical history as a hard stick and heart patient. "The Phlebotomist that came to my house was prompt, considerate of my sleeping babies, extremely kind to me, precise, personable, and extremely knowledgeable. She was able to get my vein in one try, which never happens for me. Then she told me the correct way to hold my arm after so I didn’t bruise. This was the first time I didn’t have a massive bruise on my arm after. Overall this was an amazing experience. I am very thankful this skilled lady was able to come to my home to draw my blood."

"My phlebotomist arrived on time at 6 am, put together, and was so sweet. Her skills were unmatched, and I'm picky as I'm in the field. She didn't inflict a pinch of pain, and was quick! She also came with lovely stories about her fur babies. I enjoyed the conversation and she was in and out in about 15 minutes! I'm glad I went with my gut and chose them for my blood draw in my home. Patients really need that comfort and kindness. Great job guys, thank you!"
