"Dr Polito is the best. Not only a great doctor, but a good person. The nurses were also amazing. From start to finish, they make you feel like you matter. I have nothing but praise and gratitude for my experience. The down side has nothing to do with them. Told to be there at 6:30 am, and soon there was a gathering of us waiting. Admin staff walked by us, never acknowledged us waiting. We watched them enter thru the back door, go to their spots with no acknowledgement that there are 8 people in the lobby. Finally, one went in the front door and I heard the lock click open, otherwise, I wouldn't have known. We all went in. Finally, someone asked us what we were there for, and sent us up to the 2nd floor. To me, if you see that many people waiting, (2 chairs), you have a duty as a professional to just check to make sure these people are where they should be. Upstairs, all was great. But the folks on the 1st floor were rude and not conscientious at all. I am retired, but I worked in the medical field, doing UR, as a therapist for a while, and I have not seen such disregard. However, KUDOS to the surgical team."

"I am giving only 3 stars because I was not happy having to wait 30 minutes to be seen without anyone coming in to let me know she was running late for whatever reason. So I opened the door to get some air in the room and stepped into the hall to see if I could find someone to check on what was going on. There was a woman sitting with what I guess they call “a scheduler” I said excuse me can you please check to see when the dr may be in , it has been 30 minutes .. She gave me the pointer figure like hold on .. Then said I don’t know I’m not a scheduler ..Uh ok??? I then said is there a nurse around ? She said I am a nurse . Ok well can you check?. She seemed annoyed and told me to take a seat. To be frank she was a B! HOWEVER when Mariah the PA came in a few minutes later I felt much better . I really liked her. She was thorough and knowledgeable. Very easy to talk to. I would definitely request her again. So I started out extremely annoyed but Mariah made up for it. I was pleased with my visit with her."

"Dr. Reena Patel has been my GI doctor for over two years. During this time Dr. Patel has diligently provided knowledgeable, caring, and timely guidance and service. I credit Dr. Patel for saving my life several times and I am incredibly fortunate to have found her."

"The medical assistant, Barbara, and the NP, Jenny, I saw today were both very friend and efficient with care! I have also seen Dr. Barsa before & felt the same way. Thanks to everyone for the wonderful bedside manner. That means a lot to me always."

"I received my biopsy results from a colonoscopy in an outside patient portal (likely where the biopsy was processed) last Tuesday at 2pm but didn’t receive the email until later Tuesday evening so I called the office first thing Wednesday morning. I was told I’d receive a phone call with the results. Thursday came with no call so I called again and was transferred to the nurses voicemail and I left a very detailed message. Friday afternoon came with no call still, so I called again and was able to speak with the nurse. I reiterated what was in my chart (current diagnosis, reason for the colonoscopy, and that I have 3 little girls to worry about), and that I didn’t want to go the weekend but was told the doctor wasn’t there but she would give the message and report for review to the doctor on Monday. It is now almost 8pm on Monday and I still have not gotten a call with the biopsy interpretation. These results have been with them since last Tuesday and I can’t even get a hey, it’s nothing to worry about or if I should have reason for concern. I will most likely request my records and find a new gastro group because this is highly unprofessional."
