The professionalism started at the front desk. They were very friendly and sympathetic to my injury. My wait time to see Dr Sforzo was short. The supporting team before seeing the doctor was quick and streamlined very well. Dr Sforzo was extremely professional but also he talked to me with my thought process in mind. I did not feel like just another number. He portrays confidence without the arrogance. When you’re trusting someone with your health that is a great quality to look for. The surgery went exactly as it was explained to me. Post surgery I met with Emmannuel Hernandez and Michael Rabold to evaluate my first week of progress.They explained the process of my rehabilitation and answered my long list of questions with extreme endurance. They explained the process and timeline for progress with extreme compassion. Once again not just another number. Through the whole experience I never felt like just a number. My wife and I are both 63 and are extremely active. With having to take 4-6 months off from doing all the things I love to do it can be very taxing emotionally.
