"*ZERO stars!!! (why is that not an option) I am very disappointed in the lack of service that I received here. I had my original consult in early February, and was REPEATEDLY VERY CLEAR THAT I WAS ONLY INTERESTED IN WHAT MY INSURANCE COVERED (which it does cover at 100%). I followed up regularly with the insurance person and was told each time that she was waiting to hear back from my insurance company. After 6 weeks I reached out to my insurance company, and with them on the other line she admitted to them that she had just submitted it the week before. It was then approved immediately. Now that I'm at the surgery scheduling point they are telling me that their protocol is for the patient pay up front and submit to to insurance themselves for reimbursement. They offer no explanation for any of their shortcomings or misinformation, and now I am left to start the entire process over elsewhere. Their lack of honesty and integrity is unacceptable."
"I scheduled a consultation for a breast reduction last January(2023) The first down fall was that I had to see a totally different doctor that I originally scheduled with because the front desk looked over the fact that he no longer took my insurance. I drove 3hrs to this appointment and wasn’t aware until I got there. Long story short they are not professional! They don’t answer the phone, respond to emails nor return phone calls. I sent multiple emails, and left voice mails. I kept being lied too and they wasted my time when someone did answer. Luckily I was able to find a new doctor and was approved within one day for my procedure. If I could leave 0 Stars I would!"
