"They were busy today. I found the shoes that I wanted."
"I can only speak to what I saw on the day I was there, but after about five minutes of looking in the store we just left. I wouldn’t be willing to deal with the hassle of buying anything here. There are three entrances, two are locked, probably because of staffing shortages. The service desk is in front of the open one and is manned by the store’s only employee. She was doing her best, but she was clearly overwhelmed with the longest line I have ever seen in a shoe store. I wouldn’t have stood in that line unless the shoes were a deal I couldn’t pass by."
"Never again. Walked in and immediately heard the girl with dreads state she's "too tired to even be here". Marci (I believe her name was, wearing a rainbow belt and actually helping people) was great at helping me find what I needed, but wasn't allowed to help check out? So we're back to the 1st employee who complained to anyone that would listen how ridiculous it is and how many shifts she works. 30 minutes to check out while 2 people roam around organizing shoes is wild. Over a dozen people in line. Some just sat their stuff down and left."
"Manager is not helpful for the employees in store. Long line to back of store. He says he can't help check out people because only 2 registers when there 4. He could do his part and make customer be more satisfied, other then waiting 30 mins be checked out. March 26th 2023 4:40pm"
"Can't say much about the selection as I wasn't able to look at anything. Every time I tried to find a size of a shoe I liked, and employee conveniently decided to clean up that exact area. Needless to say, after less than 5 minutes, I decided to leave and shop elsewhere."
