"Don’t waste your time coming here lmao they pass on new name brand items cause of “wear and tear” yet half the stuff in their store is ripped or stained the workers didn’t even take the time to properly look at the stuff I brought in won’t be coming back lol"

"Don’t bring your clothes to get bought from the cheap rip off place . Wanted to sell my sandals that were $15 & NEW , they wanted them for $1.80 then turn around & sell them for $10. They buy your stuff then sell it for a higher price. This ain’t no thrift store. They are cheap when buying your stuff but yet sell stains & clothes with rips in it but don’t wanna take my nice clothes. This store should be shut down instead give your clothes to Anastasia or even better a shelter to people who needs clothes."

"Jaley absolutely went above & beyond to help me out while I was shopping. She went out of her way to find items I was looking for to try on and was so kind throughout the process! She truly made my shopping experience a great one :)"

"I went in the store and I wasn't impressed. Their selection of clothes & shoes weren't gently used. A lot of their products had tears, stains, were faded, dirty, paint, mud & there were even stiff clothing. Yuck! This is disgusting, I expected better. I used to shop at the one in Florida- that one was clean and everything in it too. At this point Goodwill has better selections. Their products are cleaned."
