"The ratings on this place is not great and I see why. I went into this place to look for some pants for my daughter. Let's say the customer service was not great. The ladies behind the counter acted like I did something to them. Very unprofessional. I almost left my daughter pants in the store. I will order online for future purchases or find another store."

"I use Children's Place to buy my nieces and nephews clothes since my son has outgrown their clothes. I love their sales and how clean/ organized the store is every time I go in there. The staff are always so helpful and the store manager, Jewel, is so very helpful and knowledgeable about her store and company/ return policies and etc. If you have any questions just ask her! Her customer service is unmatched!"

"Love this store. Their return policy is a bit tricky but the store can not help that corporate is so strict about the policy. It's a 45 day policy. all tags must remain ATTACHED to the clothes, if they are ripped off and you still haven't them, they aren't allowed to take them back. you must also have the RECEIPT to make any kind of return, due to people stealing and even exchanging the same thing in a different size, which they uses to do OR the price changing and becoming clearance and you paid for the item when it was more value, it keeps the customer from being ripped off. You have an option to email & print, I suggest you do both. so they changed they policy Jan, 2024. But the store is always so nice and clean, and they are always so helpful if you need help finding anything. The best way to shop is clearance at the end of summer & after Christmas!"

"Worst service ever. Staff is so rude. People are so miserable these days. I tried exchanging a shirt that still had sticker on it, but without a receipt. It clearly had never been worn and they refused to help me for an exchange. Told me they couldn’t look me up in the computer system with my rewards to see the receipt on their system. So I told them I will exchange it myself. I took the size I needed and left the size I didn’t and walked out. I will never give them another cent! I see why they have such bad reviews."

"I went in to get my son a few items for Easter, and had the best service from the manager Jewel. She greeted me with a smile and made sure I had everything I needed before I left. She even made sure to show me the discounts I could receive and what items were on clearance as well. I look forward to going back in the future."
