"This Place and the Hibbets near it are the worst staffed, most unprofessional places I've ever encountered. This place had three females that refuse to acknowledge a customers presence in their store. The associate I asked for help, stood in place across the store mumbling "what you need?" This trash is not conducive to a profitable retail establishment. But hey, maybe that's not the goal! My advice, just close the store."

"So not kids friendly and the looks they gave us. I will never shop here again. No my child was not pulling clothes down and messing up the store. He was being a two year old. Why you all standing around doing nothing read up on good or should I say great customer services. It’s back to school time and it’s going to be lots of kids in your store ( it should be ) most of them won’t just sit there and look and don’t touch they’re kids."

"I went in this store today and The service here Is absolutely horrible, after purchasing a $267.00 shoe I was told by an employee that I wouldn’t be able to return this shoe my husband can not wear. Not only was the associate rude he yelled and raised his voice along with pointing his finger at me saying “I know I told you that you could return them” calling me a lier. If you want to be yelled at, disrespected, and called a lier shop with them. I am a costumer not a shoe expert I only picked a shoe that was nice how could I know it was a release shoe I don’t work there I just shop there or did shop there! You can train and employee on policy but when you feel hostile in that environment that employee needs to go! Ask the cashier who was standing there because she apologized for his behavior so better"
