Why Donate?

Every donation is crucial, as only three out of every 100 people donate blood. Your contribution ensures that adequate levels of blood products are available for friends, family, and community members who may suddenly need them. By donating at our Naples branch office or on our blue and white bloodmobiles, you help ensure that what’s collected here, stays here.

Our Commitment

In light of recent events affecting a Florida-based blood supplier, we want to assure our community that our current blood supply is stable, with no disruption to scheduled surgeries or procedures at any NCH facility. However, to maintain this stability, we rely on the generosity of our community members. We encourage all eligible individuals to donate blood and platelets to help sustain a robust blood supply during this critical period.

Visit Us

Our walk-in donor center is conveniently located on the first floor of the NCH Business Center, one block west of the NCH North Naples Hospital. We offer platelet collections, therapeutic, and autologous (pre-surgery) phlebotomies by appointment only. Please note that we are closed on Wednesdays, Saturdays, and Sundays.

"My wife and I went to this facility last week to donate blood. It has been quite a few years since either of us have donated. This was the worst experience either one of us have had in donating blood. The tech who drew my blood, I don’t believe knew what she was doing, and it severely hurt when she put the needle in. They were blaming it on the alcohol disinfectant which I refuse to believe was the problem. I believe it was from the inexperience of the tech. I now have a very large bruise on my arm. They made it seem like the unqualified tech wasn’t the problem, but I believe she should not be drawing blood or certainly needs a lot more training."

"Staff is nice and professional, but I had a scheduled appointment for phlebotomy today and they were closed with only handwritten notice on the door indicating staff shortage. If patients are expected to show up for appointments, the least they can do is call to cancel before patients show up surprised."

"I moved to the area in the past year and my wife and I have donated here several times and plan to continue. The staff here is very nice and efficient and the facility is modern and well designed. Importantly for us, they've dropped the masking requirement. If you are eligible to give blood, please do either at the center or one of their blood drives. You will definitely be treated with respect and appreciation by the staff."
